Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients, including tax form preparation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, trial balances, and adjusting entries.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform routine audits of financial documents to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll processing, or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage Intacct) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
