Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with executive-level insights
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and account integrity
- Lead internal audit initiatives and compliance documentation
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and planning
- Implement process improvements in accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance
