Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with precision.
- Process payroll and ensure all tax filings are accurate.
- Prepare and post monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax packages.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to maintain accurate financial records.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
