We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can seamlessly integrate into our workflow and maintain the highest standards of financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with 99.9% accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing necessary journal entries.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA and available for night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
