Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and statement matching.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors.
- Generate basic financial reports and ledgers.
- Assist the senior accounting team with month-end closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required (Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new accounting software quickly.
- Must be willing to undergo on-the-job training.
