Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts weekly to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes for the weekend batch.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Assist with payroll processing for the upcoming week.
- Generate financial reports and balance sheets for client review.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
