Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process payroll accurately for the night shift workforce.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software to track financial data.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
- Generate and send invoices and ensure timely collections.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
