Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision and efficiency.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis on a nightly basis.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain organized digital filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
