Responsibilities
- Execute daily reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Process payroll for night-shift employees using ADP/QuickBooks
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries with zero-tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Manage vendor invoices and expense tracking for 200+ clients
- Support month-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required (B preferred)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a major plus
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in reconciliations
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM CST) mandatory
