Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide personalized financial guidance and promote bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Support branch operations by assisting with ATM maintenance and safe deposit services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain accountability
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Federal banking compliance knowledge (Regulation CC, EFTA, BSA)
- Valid Colorado state driver's license and reliable transportation
