Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Generate month-end financial statements and variance analysis
- Implement internal controls for audit compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during transition periods
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel modeling tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced QuickBooks certification required
- CPA or equivalent finance degree preferred
