Responsibilities
- Accounts Management: Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy and detect discrepancies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical.
- Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures under supervision.
- Payroll Support: Process payroll data and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Communication: Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing inquiries and support operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
- Experience: No prior bookkeeping experience required. Previous office or administrative experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (basic formulas and formatting).
