Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice verification, coding, and processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and check disbursements
- Collaborate with procurement to resolve payment issues and vendor inquiries
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Analyze payment trends and recommend process improvements
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Knowledge of sales tax regulations and compliance
- Certification (e.g., CAPP) preferred
