Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multi-client general ledger accounts with precision
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly
- Generate and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse portfolios
- Execute bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and Texas state regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for efficient data management
- Support tax preparation documentation during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Texas tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable night shift availability (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) highly valued
