Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers daily and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support branch operations through account maintenance and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer flow
- Participate in quarterly training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
