Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop forecasting models and variance analysis for budget planning
- Support business valuation and M&A transaction analysis
- Create KPI dashboards for executive leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
