Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable for 50+ corporate clients
- Process payroll and tax filings using QuickBooks Enterprise
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure SOX compliance for all financial documentation
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Train junior bookkeepers on night shift protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
