Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses across various departments.
- Perform detailed research and analysis of market trends and economic data.
- Collaborate with the management team to present findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
