Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis between actuals and budgets.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts for key business units.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex financial data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Process Improvement: Review and streamline financial processes and reporting templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
