Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary systems
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statementsGenerate monthly financial reports and variance analysesManage payroll processing for 200+ employeesEnsure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulationsCollaborate with auditors during quarterly reviewsTrain junior staff on financial procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Night shift availability (5 PM - 1 AM, Sun-Thu)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
