Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions nightly
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with international teams during night shift operations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement process improvements for night shift workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in night shift environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
