Responsibilities
- Perform daily journal entries, reconciliations, and bank statement analysis during night hours.
- Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management review.
- Monitor and manage the general ledger to ensure data integrity and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct audits of financial records and reconcile discrepancies to resolve outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of financial data and reporting needs.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems for all financial documents and contracts.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a low-distraction environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
