Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a nightly basis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets for senior management review.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting regulations.
- Perform internal audits to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
- Communicate financial status and variances to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
