Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Support audit processes and maintain financial documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during month-end closes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proven experience with financial reporting and month-end processes
