Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close procedures and financial statement preparation
- Lead internal audits and compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to GAAP and SOX regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with automated daily reconciliation protocols
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes using ERP systems
- Prepare executive-level financial reports with actionable insights for C-suite decision-making
- Mentor junior accountants while implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification or equivalent international qualification
