Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation processes with precision during the night shift.
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Assist in the month-end and quarter-end close procedures, including variance analysis.
- Review and audit financial documents for errors, compliance with GAAP standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate specialized night-shift financial reports and ensure timely data submission to management.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Utilize accounting software to track and manage financial data effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or bookkeeping.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Proficiency in major accounting platforms (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
