Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable operations for multiple business units
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain digital financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Support tax preparation processes and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 10 PM - 6 AM with flexible scheduling
