Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and perform bank reconciliations with high accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and optimize cash flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Must be willing and able to work night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
