Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis with high precision.
- Process and review accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and audit financial statements, trial balances, and monthly reports.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with day-shift teams.
