You will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations during the critical closing period.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, trial balances, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Support external auditors with documentation and data requests.
- Process payroll adjustments and expense reports with high accuracy.
- Perform variance analysis and bank reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
