Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records and filing systems.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in payroll processing and tax document preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates!
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
