Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable
- Process high-volume transactions and journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for morning review
- Manage month-end closing procedures during night shift
- Collaborate with international teams for cross-border accounting
- Ensure SOX compliance for night shift financial processes
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports for executive team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX regulations
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
