Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and reconcile all incoming vendor invoices and purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform data entry and coding of invoices into our ERP system (NetSuite/QuickBooks).
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status.
- Prepare weekly batch payments and ensure they are transmitted by the cutoff time on Sunday.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing activities during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- AA degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
