Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with strict accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and identify variances immediately.
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries to the general ledger.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Conduct internal audits of financial documentation and compliance.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
