Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily journal entries and reconciliations for the night shift period.
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly financial close procedures to ensure timely reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify account balances with precision.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Communicate financial findings to the senior management team during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- CPA certification or CPA eligibility is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
