Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process payroll for night operations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documents.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
