Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring all entries are posted correctly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Process payroll for night-shift employees and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Experience working in a night shift or 24/7 operations environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
