Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports
- Coordinate with external auditors during fiscal year-end
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel advanced functions
- Strong GAAP compliance and regulatory knowledge
