Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction verifications
- Prepare and process month-end closing reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable during night shifts
- Assist with audit preparations and documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems
- Collaborate with day-time finance teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
