Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable during overnight shifts
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for morning leadership review
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Support tax preparation documentation and financial audits
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Valid Texas CPA license required
