Responsibilities
- Execute daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Process payroll and generate timely financial reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Review and audit financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
