Job Summary
The Night Shift Accountant will be responsible for managing financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in reporting while the office is closed.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and perform comprehensive account reconciliations.
- Process high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions with zero errors.
- Prepare nightly financial statements and balance sheets for leadership review.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP standards and internal financial policies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit readiness.
Qualifications
