Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment cycles using NetSuite
- Conduct three-way matching and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment strategies
- Optimize payment processing to maximize early payment discounts
- Implement and maintain internal controls for AP operations
- Generate monthly AP reports and KPI dashboards for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with high-volume payment processing ($10M+ annually)
