Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage month-end closing procedures and AP reporting
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize payment cycles
- Implement and maintain internal controls for compliance
- Train junior AP staff on ERP systems and best practices
- Lead process improvement initiatives for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Immediate availability to start within 5 days of offer
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) a plus
