- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate reports and forecasts for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls while optimizing financial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and strategic initiatives
- Lead accounts payable/receivable functions and manage vendor relationships
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
