Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure all tax filings are accurate and timely.
- Conduct financial audits and internal controls reviews to minimize risk and improve efficiency.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast budgets and prepare financial reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and auditing principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
