Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with timely invoicing and payment tracking
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for leadership review
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for 50+ employees
- Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow accuracy
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks accounting systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation highly valued
- Proven track record of multi-company account management
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Strong analytical skills for financial trend analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
