Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with auditors during overnight financial reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing financial regulations
