Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable individual to handle our financial operations during the night shift. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring timely processing of transactions.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a nightly basis.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis and aging schedules.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Process payroll adjustments and assist with tax preparation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience (Night shift experience preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
