Responsibilities
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures with precision
- Reconcile complex general ledger accounts and financial statements
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with auditors during external and internal reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidacy strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines during night shift hours
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
